Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Platinum Casino Hotel in Bansko, I was pleasantly surprised by the blend of luxury and value that this property offers. Situated conveniently near the gondola, bars, and supermarkets, it really is a top-notch choice for both leisure and adventure. The accommodations were spacious and well-equipped with modern conveniences like a flat-screen TV, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. Waking up to stunning mountain views was an excellent perk. The hotel boasts an impressive dining experience with a buffet that caters to various dietary needs, from vegan to kosher options. I did feel that the €30 daily upgrade for kosher food was on the higher side, lacking a corresponding credit for regular half-board diners. Though the hotel excels in providing services like a seasonal indoor pool and a spa centre, the ski rental service could improve its staff enthusiasm. Platinum Casino delivers a comprehensive package with 24-hour reception, free secured parking, and a fitness centre. In the end, this hotel balances cost and luxury remarkably well, making it an option worth considering for your Bansko getaway. Can't wait to return!
